Memberships can be purchased online via the link https://www.thefitness.hr/clanarine/
by selecting the desired membership, through the THE Fitness Croatia app, or directly
at the reception desk.

You are required to bring separate clean indoor footwear and a towel to use on the
equipment.

Yes, an annual membership can be paid monthly, depending on the method of
purchase. If the annual membership is purchased online, payment is made through 12
monthly charges. If the annual membership is purchased at the reception desk, it can
be paid in full as a one-time payment or in 12 installments, with installment payments
available exclusively with PBZ, Erste, and ZABA bank cards.

MULTICLUB memberships include unlimited access to the gym in all clubs, use of saunas, pools, and jacuzzis, as well as group training sessions.
STANDARD memberships include unlimited access to STANDARD clubs: Kaptol, Green Gold, Mamutica, Zavrtnica, Dubrava, Borovje, Z Centar, Stenjevec, Hotel Novi Zagreb, Lučko, Borongaj, Velika Gorica, Dugo Selo, Črnomerec, Jelkovec, and Samobor Center, as well as the use of saunas and group training sessions in those clubs.

All of our facilities can be used with a Multisport card at all locations. The limitation is
one entry per day.

You can sign up for group training sessions via the user area on the website or through
the THE Fitness Croatia app. Select the club where you plan to attend the session,
choose the desired class and time, and click “Sign up”.

Online registration is mandatory; it is not possible to attend a group training session
without prior registration. Reservations open 48 hours before the start of the session
and close 5 minutes before it begins. You must arrive on time.
If you are unable to attend, you must cancel the session at least 2 hours in advance via
the user area on the website or the THE Fitness app. If you fail to cancel, do not attend,
or arrive late, you will not be able to make a new reservation for the next 5 days.
You must bring a towel and wear appropriate sportswear to group training sessions.

Entry to THE Fitness clubs is permitted from the age of 14, with a signed consent from
both parents or legal guardians.

For personal training sessions, please contact the reception of the club you are
interested in. The reception staff will connect you with a personal trainer to arrange
further details.

On the website, click on “Clubs” in the menu and select the desired club. Each club
profile contains email and phone contact details.

With MULTICLUB memberships, you can visit all THE Fitness clubs.
