HOW TO LOGIN
THROUGH THE WEB

  • Visit website: www.thefitness.hr
  • Select “Member zone” in the main menu.
  • Enter your EMAIL and PASSWORD.

LOGIN DATA

  • Use the same email address for login that is listed in your membership agreement.
  • In case of an invalid email address, please request access details at the club reception.
  • If you forgot your password, you can reset it (by clicking on “Forgot your password?”).
  • If you are a MultiSport card holder, ask for login details at the club reception or create your account yourself.

HOW TO BOOK A GROUP CLASS
ONLINE

  • Group training reservations are only possible online. You can sign up for one group training session per day.
  • Login to “Member zone” from website or in mobile app.
  • In the member zone in the main menu, click on “Calendar” and select the THE Fitness club where you want to train. In the app, tap “Schedule” in the bottom right corner, and in the top left corner, select the THE Fitness club where you want to train.
  • Click on the group training you want to reserve and confirm by clicking “Sign up”.
    • If you are unable to attend the class, it is necessary to cancel your reservation as early as possible, but no later than 2 hours before the class starts. You can easily cancel the reservation by clicking on “Cancel reservation” in the list of reserved classes above the schedule.

RULES AN CONDITIONS
OF GROUP CLASSES

  • Reservations online through website or app are mandatory. You can make an online reservation for any time slot in the schedule to secure your spot in the group.
  • Reservations in the calendar open 48 hours before the group training starts and close 5 minutes before it begins. Try to arrive on time, as unfortunately, you won’t be able to join once the class has started.
  • You can cancel your group training reservation without penalty up to 2 hours before the class begins.
  • Bring a towel, sportswear, and a water bottle.
  • If you don’t cancel your reservation, don’t show up, or arrive late, you won’t be able to make a new reservation for the next 120 hours (5 days).
