High-intensity interval training intended for more experienced exercisers, in which various props and free weights are used: kettlebells, slam balls, resistance bands, plyometric boxes, steppers, pump sets. Training that combines a short period of high-intensity work with a period of low-intensity work or rest. CROSS TRAINING is extremely effective and interesting and enables the development of aerobic abilities, endurance and strength. It is excellent for fat burning. The training is intended for advanced exercisers.
Strength training focused on the development of strength and endurance of the whole body. The training achieves the reduction of subcutaneous fat tissue and the tone of the entire musculature, as well as improving the technique of performing basic exercises. Body mind training, based on consciously guiding the breath through movement. Here we focus on deep inner peace and balance of mind and body. Result is proper breathing, improvement of flexibility and stability. Joga is a way towards harmony of body and mind. The training is intended for beginners and advanced exercisers. We use mat and yoga blocks.
