CROSS TRAINING is extremely effective and interesting and enables the development of aerobic abilities, endurance and strength. It is excellent for fat burning. The training is intended for advanced exercisers.

FULL BODY

Strength training focused on the development of strength and endurance of the whole body. The training achieves the reduction of subcutaneous fat tissue and the tone of the entire musculature, as well as improving the technique of performing basic exercises. It is intended for beginners and intermediate-advanced exercisers who want to go one step further in their training. POWER PILATES

Result is proper breathing, improvement of flexibility and stability. Joga is a way towards harmony of body and mind. The training is intended for beginners and advanced exercisers. We use mat and yoga blocks.
