Body shaping and strengthening program. Performing numerous exercises with your body weight and exercises with external load using different props such as kettlebells, pump sets, dumbbells, mini bands etc. Result is dominant strengthening of gluteal muscles, legs and core. The training is intended for beginners and advanced exercisers.
Fat Burning Conditioning is high intensity cardio training for advanced exercisers. It is dynamic and fun conditioning training, which combines different types and methods of training into one whole. In training, we use exercises with our own weight, but also props such as medicine balls, kettlebbels, dumbbells, plyometric boxes, steppers, pump sets… Training also consists of various movements such as running, jumping, quick changes of direction… Effect is increased consumption of fat and achieving maximum physical shape in the shortest possible period of time.
