Padel is a racket sport played by two players (singles) or four players (doubles) on a court measuring 10×20 meters. The court is enclosed with glass walls and a metal fence, allowing the ball to bounce off them similarly to squash. A point ends when the ball bounces twice on the ground or is not properly returned over the net. The winning team is the first to win two out of three sets.

POWER PILATES is training with higher intensity than basic pilates. Effective strength and core training, which mainly activates the muscles of the back, abdomen and pelvic girdle, with special focus on the method of execution, breathing and movement control using small props such as resistance bands, mini dumbbells, pilates rings, soft pilates balls. Its result is improved flexibility mobility and correction of body posture.

Fat Burning Conditioning is high intensity cardio training for advanced exercisers. It is dynamic and fun conditioning training, which combines different types and methods of training into one whole. In training, we use exercises with our own weight, but also props such as medicine balls, kettlebbels, dumbbells, plyometric boxes, steppers, pump sets… Training also consists of various movements such as running, jumping, quick changes of direction… Effect is increased consumption of fat and achieving maximum physical shape in the shortest possible period of time.
